Types of Mold Inspection Services offered
We offer 3 levels of mold inspection services. These standards are used in the Mold Inspection industry and are used by Certified Mold Inspectors (CMI). Our Mold Inspection Services range from an inspection that is requested in a specific client defined area, to a survey of the entire structure that may uncover various other problems in your home.
Should I be concerned about mold in my home?
Mold should not be permitted to grow and multiply indoors. When this happens, health problems may possibly occur and building materials, goods and furnishings may be damaged. If mold is growing in your home, you need to clean up the mold and fix the moisture problem. Dade Mold Inspection Services will detect all mold problem areas.
Are some molds more hazardous than others?
Some types of mold can produce compounds (called mycotoxins) although they do not always do so. Molds that are able to produce toxins are common. In some circumstances, the toxins produced by indoor mold may cause health problem. All indoor mold growth is potentially harmful and should be removed promptly, no matter what type of mold is present or whether it can produce toxins
All testing is done by EMLab; all of our clients will be provided with a report within 24 to 48 hours after inspections are completed.
